Hello,

Since you are running a Symantec product, I would start with downloading the latest Rapid Release definitions.
Next, boot into safe mode and running a Disk Cleanup (right-click the C drive, Properties, Disk Cleanup) - that will delete all the files that are in these temporary locations, as well as IE's temporary files, etc.

Perform a full system scan in safe mode.
If that fails to detect and remove the threats, there are some useful tools that are provided by Symantec for help with finding those hard to detect threats.

1. The Power Eraser Tool eliminates deeply embedded and difficult to remove threats that traditional virus scanning doesn't always detect.

2. The SERT (Symantec Endpoint Recovery Tool) is useful in situations where computers are too heavily infected for the Symantec Endpoint Protection client installed upon them to clean effectively.

3. The Load point Analysis Tool generates a detailed report of the programs loaded on your system. It is helpful in listing common loadpoints where threats can live.

How To Use the Symantec Endpoint Recovery Tool with the Latest Virus Definitions –http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH131732&locale=en_US

Support Tool with Power Eraser Tool included –

How to use the Load Point Analysis within the Symantec Support Tool to help locate suspicious files http://www.symantec.com/business/support/index?page=content&id=TECH141402
If you are unable to remove the threat(s) from your systems, please submit the suspected files to Symantec or ThreatExpert for analysis. New signatures will be created and included in future definition sets for detection.

Download AVG Internet Virus Protection.

http://free.avg.com/us-en/homepage

You can get the free 30 day trial and then after the 30 day trial go to un-install and it'll leave you a free version of avg, I've been using AVG forever. Symantec is crap. But after you install AVG you can't have symantec running at the same time or it won't work. And also for the hell of it download this spyware protection

Adaware FREE

Do you know why it keeps coming back even after removing it with Malwarebytes? It's because your free version of MBAM is just an on-demand scanner/cleaner. If you want real-time protection, get the pro version.

I suggest that when your Norton expires, replace it with the free version of Avast or Avira and get a lifetime license for MBAM. It only costs $25, much less than what you are paying yearly for Norton.

Run rkill, small executable, no need to install. READ THE ENTIRE DESCRIPTION.
Delete after clean, you can't update it.

http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/download/anti-virus/rkill

After rkill has run successfully, run another full scan with MBAM, and your AV.

The thing about the other answers is that they are assuming that the "virus" has not affected your system already and may be masking how the anti virus scanners are able to see it. In other words the virus might have made it so that the scanner would not be able to detect it. so if you buy whatever Anti-virus it would not help

I would recommend a bootable antivirus that does not boot into windows before there are many legitiment bootable antivirus's out there
After you clean your computer i would recommend microsoft security essentials its free and from Microsoft and can compete with commercial products like notoron
But ultimately the reason you get a virus is the user im not blaming it on you im just urging you to be more careful in what you download or where you go in terms of websites

I found a link where you can get a bootable CD or USB
http://www.sarducd.it/ it makes it easy for you i would recommened a USB as you can then update your virus definition
Good Luck
