How do I kick someone off of my netflix account?


My sister moved out 2 months ago and is still using Netflix... she has even gone so far as to call me a "selfish bastard" for not wanting her to use the Netflix that I pay for. I've changed my password, but it hasn't kicked her off yet. Is there any other way to make sure she can't use the account?

go to 'your account and help'

under 'WATCHING INSTANTLY ON YOUR TV OR COMPUTER' go to 'Manage Netflix ready devices and computers'

look at the list of activated devices and click deactivate on hers

meowmeow 		Change your password two times in a row. If she's on a device like a Xbox or PS3, go to you account settings > manage devices, and then disable any devices you don't want.

meowmeow 		You might try calling Netflix on their 24/7 customer service number.
Explain the situation to them and see if they can do anything.

I'm in the dark about the changing of password since Netflix has
never asked me for a password at any time since I joined.

Anyway I'm sure they can help you.

meowmeow 		Strange it hasn't kicked her off if you changed the password...that's really sort of all you can do...besides physically signing off of whatever system she happens to be using
