Does Microsoft OneNote 2003 have the capability to turn recorded audio or video notes into on-screen text?


It would be very helpful for me in meetings to just audio-record notes and have the program do the work in transcribing them. Thank you!

garfield 		Not to the best of my knowledge. I don't even believe there are any programs out there powerful enough to transcribe something as confusing as a meeting. There would be feedback and sounds from every direction. I'm sure you could set up a 3D speaker system to triangulate the noise and separate the voices out to be transcribed individually, but OneNote is NOT the program for that. You would need a complex program for it.
