How do I fix my touchpad on my lenovo t400?


My trackpoint is fine but my touchpad isn't responsive (the only thing it can do is scroll up and down using the function on the right side of the touchpad).
Also, I can't use the mouse function, left click or right click.
I've tried enabling the touchpad using Fn+F8 but it says that it's already enabled.

I don't know much about computers so any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
