From what I know, there is no way, unless you you have a USB or External. Is it really that costly to buy a USB? Seriously? It's like $10

as far as i know...no just buy a 4gb flash drive for $10.00
then download a program called Modio
plug your flash drive into the xbox
go to settings then memory Select the flash drive and let the xbox do its thing
now go back into memory find your profile and transfer it to the flash drive
go to your pc and run Modio
click on the m and/or Giotto devices and select open device
now Giotto content then you should see your profile extract the file to your desktop(or where ever the hell you want it)
DONT CHANGE THE FILE NAME you can put it in a different folder but keep all sub folders in order
now that all done plug your flash drive back into your xbox and move your profile back onto your xbox. now that all being done you have successfully copied your profile you can do the same for save files too.

try this with a fresh account so you get the prosses down, just in case you mess up your real profile is safe. t
