How to update the streaming from windows 7 pc to android/xbox 360?


Okay so this seems to happen 24/7.. Whenever I download new movies/music to my pc it takes forever for my phone/xbox 360 to recognize the new media.. Can anyone tell me how to get it to recognize my media as soon as I put it in the music/video folders?
