How to boot Snow Leopard in VMware?


I have a .dmg and .iso of the retail Snow Leopard DVD. Now I want to make it so that I can use it in VMware to use on my Windows PC. I have no access to a MAC to make any partitions on a USB or DVD, but I do have USB drives I could make bootable. Any advice?
Actually, from google I know it can be done.

I was using this:

However, it's not working. I'm using an ISO copy of the retail DVD. It was a .dmg, but I converted it to ISO.

meowmeow 		You can't. VMware, along with every other legitimate maker of emulation software, has signed legal agreements with Apple stating that they will not provide Apple hardware emulation.
