Where can I find textbooks for the ipad?


I am a college student and want to save money on textbooks. The ipad is a way I can save money in the long run but I can't find any of my textbooks in edocument form. Does anyone know where I could find the books I need?

meowmeow 		borrow the book from a classmate and scan it to a text searchable image file format.

Use on whatever device you wish, and distribute to those who'd rather not buy 15 pounds of paper, ink, binding, and submit themselves to the absurd business of-omg-it's-another-year-we've-got-to make-you-buy-spankin'-new books Textbooks.

meowmeow 		I would recommend to check out http://www.bigwords.com. I know you wanted books for your iPad but I'm a senior in college and I've been using this site since freshmen year and it's awesome. It always searches all the online textbook retailers and rental sites then compares all the lowest prices to find you the best deals. I've gotten books for as little as $2 before. It's deff worth looking into.

meowmeow 		For reading purpose, you should definitely choose ebook reader like the Kindle instead of iPad. I've given a detailed comparison between the iPad and the Kindle, in a previous answer here. Guess you'll be interested:
