If on my ipad, i recieve an email with a microsft word attachment, how do i save that onto my pages app?


I woudl like to know how to save a microsoft word link recieved throgh an email and opened on my ipad into pages. I know I can send emails with pages documents but i want to know if i can save, open, and edit a microsoft word document that is attached through an email.

meowmeow 		If it is like pages on a Mac you should be able to save as a word document, then edit etc.

meowmeow 		To open the Word document just tap it, however you will not be able to edit it.

To save the document press and hold in the file attachment. You will then be given a number of options. For Word documents, these are Quick Look, Open in "Pages" and Open In...

Select Open in "Pages" to import and open the document in Pages.
